Pleasant stay but bed needs...

Liked: The hotel and staff were nice and welcoming. The breakfast attendants were also very nice and worked very hard. Having breakfast included in our stay was a huge positive. We have four kids and were able to save a little trip money by having breakfast provided.
Disliked: The mattress on our king bed was hard and made sleeping difficult. The bedding was also thin. The trundle couch was more comfortable than the bed. The fridge did not stay cold, everything we put in it was cool/warm. The toilet kept running and the shower room floor is very very slippery when wet. Even with the bath mat down we all slipped at some point.

Disliked: The front desk on the second floor!!! I called to see if hotel was pet friendly they said yes then was told they were not . Then office manager question my family if my dogs were service dogs

Liked: Room was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was OK.
Disliked: Two elevators were required to get to the room, one from the ground level to the lobby level and one from the lobby level to the room level. Did not like the corner mirror in the bathroom. Parking was $10 per day.
