Liked: Clean, spacious, not overly cluttered with decor and friendly staff.
Disliked: Toilet was a little touchy when flushing but I let front desk know. And was happy for the feedback and advised they would get maintenance to look into it.

Liked: Always our hotel of choice when we have business in Ipswich. Great value in a lovely little area with everything at your fingertips. Love that they still make up the rooms daily and will even wash, fold and deliver your laundry to your room for a small fee. Secure, lock up parking available.

Was absolutely not a $600+ room When booking I selected the option to have 2 large beds, images made it look like it was a 2 bedroom Owner was lovely but nothing he could really do to helpI have always booked through booking.com but going forward I will never use booking.com and will always booked through direct
