Liked: Pool and location
Disliked: -Very overpriced-The receptionist was one of the grumpiest and unfriendly we have had-Breakfast bag was totally awful!! They would be better not to include breakfast than hand out bags with such poor quality processed food. -building site which wasn’t made totally clear at the time of booking.

Wait till renovation is over...

Liked: Good: All rooms have large window so enough light come in. View from the window is good. Beds were comfortable. As we are not coffee lover we prefer to have premium black tea bags. We enjoyed it has small milk cups for coffee and tea. Zion Shuttle stop no 6 is walking distance which was convenient. Good restaurants are next door.
Disliked: Need Improvement: Water pressure in bathrooms not adequate. Didn't enjoy bath there. As hotel is in renovation ( since last year) breakfast is ready to eat. We didn't enjoy. (Lots of Sugar, no protein)

Liked: Good location, 10-minute drive/shuttle to Zion.
Disliked: The hotel is under major renovation, which was not disclosed at the time of booking or prior to our arrival. There is no proper lobby, and the place feels like a construction site. The room was outdated and the beds were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was not as advertised — just a bag with industrial packaged items. The hotel did not take any dietary restrictions into account, and some items were inedible.

Downgraded room, no sleep, no...

Liked: I was to angry to enjoy any thing
Disliked: Purchased a king room. Was told that Booking oversold. We were given a room with two queens. Property was under construction. No lobby, restaurant, only one wing was in use. You checked in to the hotel in a trailer. We had to ask a construction worker for help locating it.

For the money I would...

Liked: Location was my deciding factor.Rooms were good size. My room was easy to get to. The staff were very helpful.
Disliked: At the time of our stay the building was undergoing major construction. It was upsetting that I paid good money to stay in town, close to all the activities and services.
