Good location when construction finished...

Disliked: There was construction underway and breakfast was in a take out bag - not great for my son who is gluten free or myself who is vegetarian

Disappointing

Liked: This is my second time staying at this property. The beds and pillows were great! Location to food, shopping and local transportation a plus.
Disliked: The renovation created a real mess. Outside my window was 20+ toilets and a ton of construction items. The breakfast in the morning was a to go bag. It was a cold jimmy dean sandwich and for two days I was headed out on a hike or leaving so no way to heat it up. No coffee. The staff in the “make shift trailer lobby” was very rude each day and just set the tone of blah! Worst stay of my entire trip or any in a very long time!

Disliked: There was construction in the Front, making it difficult to find the front desk. The interiors are old and not so clean.

Bad and disappointing experience!

Disliked: While we were aware from the booking description that the hotel was under construction and that the fitness room would be unavailable, the actual situation was far worse than communicated. The only information provided on our German booking confirmation was that the hotel is being renovated and that there ia no functional fitness centre.There was no further detail regarding the extent of the ongoing construction. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the entire hotel is effectively a construction site. The reception is housed in a temporary container, and there is no functional lobby, no bar, and no amenities available aside from the pool. Even access to the pool is hindered by construction fencing, which significantly diminished the atmosphere.We had booked two rooms with breakfast included, yet we were initially only offered a basic "grab and go" option. Only after raising a strong complaint were we given vouchers for breakfast at a nearby hotel—an alternative that should also have been communicated ahead of time.Furthermore, the hallways and carpets are in poor, unclean condition, and the general state of the property does not reflect the standards expected of a hotel welcoming paying guests.
