Good overall, just wish they...

Liked: Had EV chargers available, staff was nice and answered all my questions. It would have been a nice stay if it wasn't under construction.
Disliked: The hotel was under construction. I did not know that when I booked or else I would have stayed somewhere else. The included breakfast was a bag with nothing good in it. Shower had zero water pressure.

I would highly recommend this...

Liked: The room was large and very comfortable! Location was central in Springdale and we could walk everywhere

Very good

Liked: The location was great. Staff was friendly and answered our questions. Because of the construction For breakfast you had to go to Fairfield which was in walking distance. It was very clean and decent or you got a box breakfast which we did one day which was nice for a quick morning.
Disliked: It's a pricey hotel. But the location is great. They do not tell you ahead of time they charge you to park. I realize that is a problem in town but be upfront about it. I felt it was done kinda sneaky.

Loved it we will be...

Liked: Loved the property location amazing .. .. great size beds comfy .. near good sports bar .. view amazing .. great had great size room .. even a fridge breakfast in the morning to go and started at six which was great for us ..
Disliked: Only one slight .. staff really nice as we came but when we left really surly lady but we did leave early .. but all else amazing and we all get off days

Liked: One of the best hotels that I’ve been staying! Amazing room, swimming pool and jacuzzi outside. Stunning views, just few minutes from Zion NP
