Great location to dragonboat venue....

Liked: -clean, friendly staff, great value, centrally located, free parking, comfortable bed
Disliked: Needing updating, but ok

Great location!

Liked: Great location right on the front strip with easy parking at the back. Friendly and helpful staff. Large room (rear facing ) with everything we needed for our stay. Comfy beds. Quiet. Good water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. It may be a little tired and dated for some but the room was clean and that's all that mattered to us. Great value for money (we booked early and got an amazing rate)

Cannot beat the price for...

Liked: Smart, efficient check-in. Called the telephone number at entry, personnel came down right away. We were checked in with two keys and a slip of paper that provided us with Wi-Fi information and a phone number to call if we had any problems. Big room with fridge and coffee maker, plenty of towels, great bed and bedding, internet TV, and window A.C. The location is right on the esplanade, and free parking is available at the rear of the hotel, accessible from both the front and back. Excellent value for the price
Disliked: If we had booked earlier, we would have grabbed the lakefront view room, which had an excellent view of the lake.

Great stay

Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable. They were a little dated, but we didn't mind. The staff were helpful, especially the woman who cleaned the rooms. We had a great breakfast downstairs.

Disliked: To many stairs and not to clean the carpet . I will never go again there

Good value in HHS!

Liked: Great rate and right on the Esplanade! Very fresh and clean towels and bedding. The young lady in charge was very sweet and helpful.
Disliked: Building, parking lot and hallway all had a run down feeling about them, as did curtains. Coffee maker and coffee were cheap quality.
