Disliked: I was not told that free parking is dependent on registration of the vehicle with the receptionNobody informed Me, I saw a notification in reception on checking outTo punch in car detailsReceptionist was quite cold and told me to await a fine as she would not accept I was a paying guestSo I received £200 fine which I had to appealStaff told me that the appeal is not guaranteed even though I was a paying guest.I requested that guests are verbally informed of the need to punch in car on check in but I was flatly and glibly told "it's not our responsibility and management don't want us informing guests as it's their responsibility to read the signs in the dark car parkI found the attitude of check out staff really low vibe and purposefully unhelpful but kept staring it's all my responsibilities and faultI did appeal and the wrote it off but the whole thing ruined my stay. Staff attitudes are sour I'm afraid and I was denied the opportunity to ever speak to senior staff.

Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable. Lack of vending machines as there is no bar/restaurant
