Unnecessarily stressful due to reception...

Liked: The room with a bath and king size bed.
Disliked: £50 deposit not specified or mentioned on booking.com Every person at the desk ahead of me objected to the little known charge.Arrogant argumentative staff and management seemed to expect the backlash with an arrogant demeaning attitude which I found insulting.The manager said “we’ll get a refund from booking.com”. Little did he know that the ‘no cancellation policy’ is more prevalent than the £50 deposit policy.Its not the deposit as such it was the off hand attitude towards the blanket policy.They were truly horrible. I was forced to pay the deposit or leave £71 out of pocket.

Liked: Good location for a trip to Brands Hatch. Pub/restaurant on site, with good value food and drinks, can get very busy and crowded, need to book table in advance. Big clean comfortable rooms, again reception can get busy and crowded. All in all would recommend, great for a weekend away xxxx
