Liked: Great location for the valley, amazing price, super clean and new in the rooms

Liked: Clean rooms, nicely renovated.
Disliked: I arrived 11:40pm, my access code wasnt working, called the after hours number, got through for them to tell me they are trying to contact the manager to rectify my situation, all while waiting outside the hotel, 1am came around, no one called back, a solo woman traveller, in an unfamiliar place, no where to go, i eneded up sleeping in my hire car in a street, no apology when I came back at 10am to recieve my card for the room, I have emailed for a reimbursement to no avail. I have still not received a courtsey call or email to address my concerns, fully disappointed in the handling of such situation. Will be introducing a lawyer if not contacted in 3 days time.

Liked: clean but too small.
Disliked: no lifts, so struggled a bit taking suitcase upstairs. no one was at the office on arrival although i arrived before closing time. Taxi calls need to improve. I waited 30 mins and then cancelled. Catch an uber its faster
