Liked: I have not met a staff member, but the collection of keys was not an issue.
Disliked: Room was clean and feeling that it is newly refurbished.

Superb

Liked: We were informed before our arrival that there was a problem with the hot water and offered a refund if we wanted to go elsewhere, but it was fixed by the time we arrived.also the handwritten note in our room was much appreciated.
Disliked: Nothing the renovations were great,very nice vibe.

Really loved it, I will...

Liked: Modern, clean. Very lovely room. Comfortable. Convenient location, great to have free onsite parking
Disliked: Staff were not present at times. Maybe need an after hours key box

Great location, clean but very...

Liked: Great location for our plans. Room was pretty expensive for the facilities. A teaspoon would have been nice to have in the room!
Disliked: A teaspoon at least, along with liquid detergent and a tea towel would have been good.

Liked: So clean and tidy
Disliked: Better light coverage in sleeping area could have been better but honestly wasn’t really a problem
