Terrible departure experience

Liked: Breakfast was just ok. Not much fresh fruit.
Disliked: The mansger was rude and refused to accept written proof that i ordered one room, insisting irrationally that I reserved3 rooms. The charges made no sense. My credit card company agreed the charged were ludicrous. I want a refund.

Would not stay there again.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Parking situation was terrible. We had to park at another location and take a shuttle because instead of making large buses park at other locations, they blocked off more than half the parking spaces for those buses.

Not certain I’ll return based...

Liked: Room and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: $10 fee for the airport shuttle! Going to charge me $ to come to your hotel to spend $ and again when I leave after spending $ at your hotel? No nearby restaurants.
