Liked: The price is good for WI dells.
Disliked: The room needed to be cleaned a lot more, there was a lot of hairs in the tub, stains on the towels, the burn holes in the bedding, and the window was cracked . Also the rooms should have air fresheners of some sort, I don’t know about the other rooms but because the buildings are so old they smell so incredibly stale and almost moldy, so that should definitely be looked at!!

Liked: Staff was friendly
Disliked: Noticed what smelled like electrical burning after the TV shut off from the ac being turned on and female staff didn't seem concerned at all. Only lock on the door is a regular door knob which didn't seem very secure. Room smelled very musty when we first walked in and the beds were not comfortable at all. Would definitely not recommend

Disappointing

Disliked: Hair on pillows and sheets before we even laid in the bed.

Great experience, would definitely stay...

Liked: I didn’t know that there was a breakfast served. The location was perfect and the place was very nice!
Disliked: It was better than I expected.

Exceptional

Liked: What was not to like? We were welcomed in like we were part of their family, made treat us with the utmost respect and even upgraded us to accommodate for my service dog..
Disliked: Honestly, there is nothing I didn't like you always say I really didn't like. Is that we had to leave.
