Liked: Convenient location. There is an outlet store nearby, Disney and Universal are equidistant from the hotel, 20 minutes away by car. 30 minutes from the airport. Friendly staff, breakfast included (it was a big plus for us, we got up early). Breakfast from 7 am. It is standard, but everything is there: eggs, sausages, juices, fruits, coffee, bread, etc. The hotel is new - it is 2 years old, clean. There is a swimming pool (we didn't have time to use it). Large, good air conditioning in the room. Its own large free parking.
Disliked: When we asked where we could get water, they insistently offered to buy it. Free water is available on the ground floor near the toilet. We wanted to do laundry, but there was no washing powder near the washing machines. Please place a machine with washing powder next to the washing machines; travelers usually do not carry washing powder with them. The flooring is laminate, we personally didn’t like it - it was hard and cold. We were told that cleaning was done every 4 days, but they never did, but perhaps I misunderstood the reception staff. Difficulties in translation. There is no microwave in the room and no coffee machine, you need to go down to the first floor (it’s all there 24 hours a day). There were very small insects in the room, so you couldn’t leave anything to eat on the table even for 30 minutes. Put it in the refrigerator. There was no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel in the bathroom, only small tubes. We had to buy it all. The room was clean, but we found someone's dirty sock behind the bed.

Loved this hotel and will...

Liked: I loved that this is a newer facility and had a smart tv and also was in a really nice location. The staff was very friendly. Yan made me feel very welcome when I arrived and was very informative. Overall wonderful stay.
Disliked: The pillows were kind of small.
