Disliked: I paid extra for a room with a kitchen. The microwave did not work. The TV had no remote. The phone in the room did not work. The curtains did not close all the way. Oh and I couldn't check into my room until 5pm because I was waiting for it to be "cleaned"

Liked: Nothing. I liked that I left before we even spent the night. I liked getting home to my bed at 1am.
Disliked: I didn't even stay the night.The shower in the room didn't work at all.I picked up the room phone to ask for hepl but it was dead.I walked to the desk and said we're going out to dinner please fix it. We came back 2 hours later he said it was fixed. It was not. He didn't offer another room. I asked if I needed to sign anything to check out or fiel a complaint and he said "we're good". There were piles of trash on the property the size of a car. The hallways stank of odor masking "sweet smell", the hot tub had many particles floating in it. 2/3 wate slides and the surfing pool were broke. Worst when I told Booking.com about it they were so ignorant or knowingly untruthful to tell Booking we stayed the night and made no complaints!

Liked: Plenty of parking. Convenient to the little town.
Disliked: The facility has a lot of potential. There was a very strong moldy smell throughout the facility. The hotel was very dated. Theater seats were old, worn out, and they no longer reclined. Half the games in the arcade weren't working. A pipe burst during our stay and we were without running water for a few hours. After reading other reviews, this happens quite frequently. There was also a water advisory posted about boiling your water before drinking, but nowhere to boil it, and we weren't advised before arriving. Housekeeping never stopped by asking if we had enough towels or toilet paper. Weren't given any information on where things were located at this "resort" and had to find out ourselves. People above us were very loud and running around in the late hours. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless they make severe improvements, and I would definitely not call this a resort. It's a shame because this looks like it could've been a great place back in the 80's.

A complete nightmare!

Liked: The property is very run down and dirty. Save yourself the time and don’t stay. The a/c does not work, there was visible mold all over the rooms and hotel, pool is dirty, the building is not up to code (ceiling is literally falling down).
Disliked: It’s unsafe and should not even be open for guests.
