Will not return, will find...
Liked: the room was ok
Disliked: We didn't eat at the resort, it looked like the cafeteria style type food. so we had to spend alot of money on food at the local restaurants. The room we paid for was a kitchenette, the room had no kitchen stuff in it at all. Even the coffee maker didn't have a pot to brew in. When I asked about why these things where not in the room, I found out they are renting out time share room and they take everything out of the room. They really need to upgrade there checking in system' it took of an hour to check in. The main building ac system was not working at and our room was about 1/2 mile away for the main building so it was a big inconvenience if we need anything.

Staying in this run down...
Liked: There were many amenities, but many old run down and most not functioning. The bar had nice draft beer.
Disliked: Pretty much everything was broken or falsely advertised. The beach - polluted and unswimmable. The elevator was broken. The aircon was broken and our room was 83 degrees. They brought a window airconditioner for the bedroom the living room was hot. The water was apparently contaminated and no one told us. We noticed only because we a saw a legally posted sign in the hotel. Half the “restaurants” were closed only the snack bar served frozen sysco stuff for way too much money

Liked: Location, arcade was new and indoor basketball courts.
Disliked: We didn't appreciate the fact that information was withheld. It wasn't until we checked in did we find out that the elevator was broken, the air conditioner was broken, and the water had been contaminated. The bowling machines kept sticking.

Not worth it. Water park...
Liked: Room was large and clean. Area was nice.
Disliked: Was told air conditioning wasn’t working and it was in the 90’s all weekend. They said someone was working on it now but was never fixed. Our room reached 92° on the thermostat and could not stay in it and barely sleep. The window was missing a screen and bugs were coming in. The elevators were out of order so we had to carry our stuff to the third floor and my father just had knee surgery. The water wasn’t drinkable and we couldn’t swim in the water due to bacteria levels. Check in took over 45 minutes and there was only 3 couples in front of me and 3 workers checking people in. Should only take a couple minutes to check in. Would’ve been nice to know about this before we got there. Maybe we could’ve brought some fans or changed locations.

Liked: The wildlife was nice to see.
Disliked: Everything. Not worth the money you pay. This is the second time my family has stayed here and it’s the second time there was nothing but problems. Elevator was down (was told it’s been done for months). If you had a room on the third floor, there was no directions to the stairs no signs of stairs this way. Hottest weekend of the year and no fan or air conditioning in my room(s). Apparently there has been an ongoing electrical issue but the front desk staff all spoke broken English except for one employee so you couldn’t get straight answers anyways. My wife had to clean the microwave before we could even use it because because it was completely black on the inside. So outdated. Floor tiles were fixed with tape missing anti slip pads on stairs with missing tiles. Dark and dingy paint throughout the hallways and just an over all unclean look in them. Fridge had peeling paint on the shelving looks like it’s older then me on the inside (I’m 32) We had a suite and wasn’t told that we actually had an adjoining room when we initially checked in. During the busiest time for check in there was only two people up front doing it. Mind you we were here during the NASCAR race at the Pocono racetrack you would think they would have planned better. Definitely NOT WORTH the $625 I paid.

Liked: The location
Disliked: The directions were not clear. We reserved a room in Willowbrook and the address emailed on the reservation took us to the Town Center. It was not clear whether we were to check in at the Town Center or if Willowbrook was a separate destination, so we spent some time driving around trying to figure that out. I called from the car and reached an appointment line, who said he would transfer me to the location, and I was disconnected. Once we arrived at the Town Center, the line to check in was through the lobby and out the door. I was not greeted once by hotel staff, despite the fact that at least 5 of them were standing outside. We were instructed where to go by other guests waiting in the same line. We waited an hour in that line to check in, again, not once greeted by a single staff member. I watched a staff member come and bring the receptionists water and do nothing for the guests who were standing in line. The facilities were clean but extremely dated. For $300/night, there should be better signs and better customer service.
