uncomfortable and misleading

Liked: The pool was perfect! It is a massive resort. It was kind of scary how big it is. You can get lost.
Disliked: We received a room in the back of the hotel. It was the most uncomfortable stay to travel through the hotel having to take two seperate elevators. The elevators were so outdated I thought we were going to get stuck. Not convenient when you are traveling with a baby and have to lug all of your things and a playpen to the fourth floor behind the resort. The hotel and the area seem to be run down. We could not find anywhere to eat. The location was in the woods super scary. It was not my idea of a getaway.

Disliked: The room was old and not well kept, the jetted tub leaked when you turned it on, truly one of the worst places we have ever stayed!

It was an ok place...

Liked: Excellent location, different activities to choose, spacious room. Bedding, towels, toilet and tub were clean. Also heating and cooling system were good.
Disliked: The surfaces and carpets were dirty and a little dusty.

Liked: Everything my kids were so happy and they enjoyed every second of it.
Disliked: I stayed separate from the actual facility but it was ok
