Great location, great hotel

Liked: The location was fantastic!! Beautiful neighbourhood, with chic and cool restaurants and shops. Very safe, accessible. The staff was very nice and understanding. I travelled with all my family and stayed in different rooms, in different days, checking in and checking out and the staff at the reception was always nice to us and ready to help. The rooms were comfortable. The TV was a bit small but nobody cared.
Disliked: I liked everything.

Disliked: The hotel can providing more bottle water to customer. And breakfast will charge again if you may want more egg, a little bit weird

Amazing stay at Splendid Etoile.....

Liked: Mr.Abdulrazaq in specific and all the receptions staff were very nice and good welcoming. There are the reasons actually that could let us choose the hotel in our next visit and recommend it for our friends.
Disliked: The location is fantastic, our rooms were with balcony and the view was extraordinary
