You get what you pay...

Liked: Only the price is good.
Disliked: Brought all the stuff from home: bedding, towels, covers for the terrible furniture, even a picture and flowers to make it look somewhat decent. Internet did not work, cable tv did not work, outlet near the bed was dead, do the lamp did not work, a ceiling lamp did not work, the working electrical outlet had no cover - wires exposed. The wall air conditioner is a roaring beast - had to turn it off for the night. Towels and bedding stained. Room not cleaned well. I came an hour earlier and though the room was ready they did not let me check in. One of the students ( mostly international) in the office was quite helpful though.

Liked: I liked the shower that releases a lot of water.
Disliked: The mattress was sinking, the bedspread was old and awful, and there was nowhere to put our clothes. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Nice location for a quick...

Liked: The location is great. A nice room for a quick stay!
Disliked: Shower was small, tv hardly worked, the middle of the bed was sunken in.

For the rate it was...

Liked: Good price, had 3 beds so myself and 2 grandkids had their own bed. It was clean and ok for the money
Disliked: Kinda out of date, little interior decorating would help adding an ocean theme maybe

Disliked: Never seen housekeeping to get fresh towels, the bathroom, bed covers and floor was dirty, all you smelled of all hours was marijuana. Gave them $100 security deposit and was to get it back but never received it they said to wait so many days and now they don’t answer the phone anymore.

Disappointing
