A superb family run hotel...

Liked: We stayed for two nights having selected the hotel by reason of its exceptional customer feedback. We were not disappointed! All the staff we dealt with were delightful from check-in to the staff at breakfast. We were made to feel at home in a way that you would not normally get from a national or global chain. We stayed in the Apartment and the cleanliness and accommodation was delightful - a real 'home' from 'home'. The breakfast was excellent, catering for all tastes, and the full breakfast cooked to order and therefore 'hot' and fresh. We also appreciated the secure car-parking at the hotel and the very honest guidance on the hotel's website as to the narrow entry to the car park which might not suit larger vehicles. We will certainly return!
Disliked: Perhaps a blackout blind in the bedroom in view of the location of a street light just outside the window.

Nice hotel in a nice...

Liked: Lovely hotel, room spacious and well equipped along with being clean. Lots of tea, coffee and uht milk pots and a bottle of water, always well received after a long drive.
Disliked: As a vegetarian was disappointed there wasn't an alternative meat option given the availability of these items, yet meat eaters offered bacon and or sausages. Car access is extremely tight with posts on the roads making larger cars impossible to naviate around.
