Liked: The Spicers Guesthouse was absolutely amazing The place was beautiful to stay in and enjoy
Disliked: Overall we really enjoyed our time there. The property itself is beautiful and in a great location peaceful, pretty, and easy to get around from. The room was spotless and very clean, which we appreciated.That said, there were a few things that could use a little TLC. The outdoor furniture on our balcony had food stains and hadn’t been cleaned, which made it hard to enjoy the space. I also found myself continually coughing at night, but only when I was in the room — I’m not sure why, but it be due to the air circulation or if the aircon filter needed a clean. I tried to open the balcony door for some fresh air, but there were a lot of mosquitoes outside, so that didn’t help.There was also a persistent peeping noise in the bathroom, which was a bit annoying during the night when we were trying to sleep.Despite those issues, we did enjoy our stay and found the overall atmosphere relaxing. With a few small improvements, it could be even better.

Great Central Location

Liked: Our included breakfast was fabulous. Lots of choices. Rooms/beds are very comfortable. A bonus was seeing the kangaroos in the back.
Disliked: Wish there were chairs in the rooms. Also a ramp to bring luggage up/down would be an asset.

Tranquil and picturesque luxury accommodation.

Liked: Beautiful peaceful surroundings, comfy bed and view from the room. The bar, sitting room and restaurant areas all take advantage of the views and are very well decorated.
Disliked: Small things, but they do make a difference. The key card to our door continually stopped working & although it was great to have a beautiful breakfast included, the drinks were limited to half a glass of orange juice and one coffee, which considering the luxury service offering, seemed a little stingy.
