Very memorable lovation and lovely...

Liked: Amazing location and beautiful grounds, very friendly staff who were very accommodating.
Disliked: Our shower flooded the bathroom pretty badly every time we used it so we were regularly mopping up the floors with out towels. Also found that on a couple of occasions that it felt like food/room service was a bit clunky - service took longer than expected, sometimes orders felt misplaced or forgotten about. By no means bad but just not at level of expectation given the reputation and pricing.

Overpriced and relying on reputation.

Liked: Nice location with nice gardens that were well tendered. The bed was soft & comfortable.
Disliked: The service in the restaurant wasn't good the first morning. Took 2 hours to get a sub standard breakfast due to a faulty printer? After complaining about the delay, it was still another 30 minutes before we received our food.
