Disliked: Sad to see the bar and restaurant closed but understandable because covid caused many places to close

A good place to stay...

Liked: Beautiful views over Auckland Harbour to city ad of lake Takapuna. Comfy bed, handy to everything shops beach, cafes bars etc helpful staff
Disliked: Kitchen was a little scarce if large bowls etc not as well equipped as others we stay in for same price, we froze on the first night as air con was on cold setting for a chilly night. This was sorted next day. We only got one toilet roll at a time and had to ask for more

Friendly staff, close to amenities,...

Liked: Friendly staff, great location close to shops, cafe's and restaurants, fantastic view across the harbour from our room. Room was well setup and easy to move around, and bathroom was accessible with a nice firm water flow in the shower. There was easy access from the room to the lift to the carpark or reception area.

Great location but it’s not...

Liked: Location is fantastic. Right in Takapuna.
Disliked: Nowhere do they tell you that the bar and restaurant do not exist and haven’t for like 18 months! This isn’t a ‘hotel’ it’s a small apartment that isn’t even serviced!
