All in all dated and overpriced but convenient to the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium.

Liked: Pretty hotel inside; horrible bed; nice restaurant open late.
Disliked: When checking out was charged $192 instead of the original booking of $155 as copied, printed and taken to show them; they said they didn't know what to do about it and would get back to us - nothing yet.

Liked: Very clean and very nice staff.

Not what I expected from...

Liked: The property was very nice in the lobby and the staff were all very polite. The complimentary parking was a plus.
Disliked: The AC in our room wasn’t working properly. I called the front desk and apparently the engineers were already working on the issue. But, they said to expect it to cool down in an hour. It didn’t get cool at all until almost 4am. It made it very uncomfortable trying to sleep. Also, for the price of the room you would think a mini fridge would have been provided in the room. That seems pretty standard in most hotels these days. The bathroom sink also didn’t drain well. It seemed like it was clogged.
