Liked: What a pleasant surprise to find this lovely gem! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this amazing property is secluded and the staff make you feel like family. We will definitely return for a longer stay next time we pass through CA.

Liked: The staff was wonderful, friendly, cocktails were great and food delicious. Pool and hot tub great.
Disliked: For the price, the room was a bit too cabin like for our liking. Concrete floor, no privacy for bathroom, lighting was on the dark side.

Lovely and just what we...

Liked: Food and drinks were excellent - everything from the complimentary breakfast to the two dinners we had there, and all the snacks in between. The pool was lovely and we always had available lounge chairs. The property was very peaceful, even on a busy weekend in Palm Springs, and the staff was attentive. We hope to go back regularly.

Liked: The accommodation and facilities matched what I saw online. The location is great. The staff are friendly. The food and beverages are good. There were small personal touches that were appreciated. It was a good stay, but not without issue.
Disliked: Couple of hiccups. We requested an extra bed in our room and were advised via email that we'd be charged for this, then when we arrived we were told that extra beds are not possible due to fire hazard laws. We requested the massage service but told an hour later it was not available due to availability. At 1pm we reserved dinner for 7pm. When we arrived for dinner we were told there was not seating available outside in the beautiful, romantic, candlelit garden, but instead in the small indoor reception/lounge area which was not ideal. Were we told this when we booked we would have simply booked dinner at one of the other 50 other restaurants in town. We were advised we should have booked at least a week in advance. On checkout we were told our bill for expenses incurred would be emailed to us; it was not. We were also told the manager would call us to discuss our experience staying at the lodge, which did not happen.
