Disliked: for the price of the room there is not even free coffee, they checked me in for breakfast at 11am, and the restaurant closes at 11:15, which meant that I did not have time to have breakfast because it was already late. The staff did not tell me that check-in at 11am would be late.

Liked: The view from the 3rd floor was incredible especially overlooking the lake. It was stunning during the day and even cooler to see everything changes at night with all the beautiful lights. The room blew my wife and myself away and the saunas and pools were great. This was our first trip and are looking forward to booking a weekend getaway later this year!
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like was the bath wouldn't fill with warm water. We could only get it to Luke warm. Other then that everything was incredible.

Disliked: ~ washroom had no fan~ heated towel rack would have a been nice to dry our bathing suits between use- we would have appreciated a map of some kind or at the very least something to give us information about the place including the history, location of places & hours of operation for stores, pools & saunas ~sadly the Kneip was not in operation
