Liked: The price is affordable, the room is big. I booked queen suite, actually there are two rooms, one with two queen beds, the other one is inside the big room, with a sofa bed, table and night stands. It’s definitely a good choice for family, especially with kids. The parking is free. The transportation is not bad. The bus 354 is only 2mins walk to the hotel. You can get on it to Government Center station, then change to the green line to anywhere. Or get uber to Wellington station directly.

Liked: The location was good. Multiple restaurants, and a gas station are near by. Reasonable travel times to local tourist areas, with the highway easily accessible. The continental breakfast is nice. The staff were friendly, and the location was quiet.
Disliked: Accessibility to the hotel is not the best. The parking is limited and tight, and the automatic door opens enough for 1 person/trolley to enter the building at a time. Our room (last on the left on the first floor) was musty, with water damage to the ceiling, and an impressively large stain on the reading chair. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The bathroom was nice though. The biggest problem is the $100 "refundable" damage fee you are charged upon checking in. The card reader will display the additional disclosed fee, but your bank account will not. ALWAYS REQUEST A RECEIPT. If you don't, the $100 that should be returned to you within 14 days will DISAPPEAR. All attempts to contact the management about the missing $100 will be ignored. Be cautious when looking for accommodations.

Disliked: The hotel was under renovation. It was basically an active construction site . At no time were we warned of this during the booking process. Loud banging, drilling, etc. started at 8:00 am during our Thanksgiving weekend stay. Carpet in room was dirty. Bathroom sink did not drain. Door to the room did not shut properly. Manager never responded to my email listing our many complaints.
