All in all this was a fantastic and convenient place for us to stay after an awesome show. Thank you!

Liked: Staff.
Disliked: A little dirty under the sink counter in bathroom. Also while trying to take a shower the next morning there was a little water pressure problem, just made the shower take longer. No worries!

The room was nice; wish the website had said the pool was out of service though. It was nice having a computer/printer to use in the lobby.

Liked: The receptionist was very pleasant and tried to help; room was clean; bed comfortable;
Disliked: Pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable - could feel all the bar supports; pool was not available - we chose the hotel for the pool; TV volume did not work - couldn't hear it;

Disliked: My daughter and myself was stolen from. Someone had went into our room while we were at breakfast and stole $60 from her purse and $20 from my wallet we had the money the night of arrival and never left the hotel. The money was there prior to us going to sleep the night before but upon returning from breakfast our money was gone. The manager lied and said staff didn't get there til 9 but there had been staff on the floor since 815 that morning and when I went to the front desk to report the incident at 850 housekeeping was already on the floor as well. She never viewed the camera or anything she basically lied to my face and called me a liar as well. The incident has been reported to Hilton corporate and is being investigated. Beware if you choose to stay at this property because someone on the staff is definitely a thief!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
