All in all this was a fantastic and convenient place for us to stay after an awesome show. Thank you!

Liked: Staff.
Disliked: A little dirty under the sink counter in bathroom. Also while trying to take a shower the next morning there was a little water pressure problem, just made the shower take longer. No worries!

The room was nice; wish the website had said the pool was out of service though. It was nice having a computer/printer to use in the lobby.

Liked: The receptionist was very pleasant and tried to help; room was clean; bed comfortable;
Disliked: Pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable - could feel all the bar supports; pool was not available - we chose the hotel for the pool; TV volume did not work - couldn't hear it;

Should have just booked threw...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Old and run down facility. Checking in was a nightmare. Was told since I booked through a third party that the credit card on file was declining and couldn’t check in after a very long day of driving. Said I had to call booking customer service which I never got through to after being on hold for 15 minutes. Honestly won’t use the service again!

Great hotel and awesome service.

Liked: Honestly everything, From check in to check out I was happy. We only stayed for one day as we were driving through but I couldn't be happier. The girl at the front desk that relocated to NC from Ohio (sorry forget her name) was so kind and sweet. Seriously she made the stay and really enjoyed her conversation and good vibe. The pool was clean and refreshing.
Disliked: Nothing.
