The friendliest staff!
Liked: The staff was tremendous, very attentive and friendly. They took time to get to know us. Rooms are nice and clean. Located near shops and food. Breakfast was nice and well tended to.
Disliked: The pool was VERY cold.

Liked: Great breakfast selections, rooms offered plenty of space
Disliked: Thought the indoor pool would be heated, but the kids enjoyed it.

Nice and clean, good staff
Liked: Clean, nice spot and not far from the water.
Disliked: Walls thin as lleH!!! (Backwards) heard kids running and jumping all night.

The staff was stupendous. I...
Liked: The staff was friendly with the new trainee. The outside sitting area was clean , an was a great place to relax an drink. Even though the pool was closed we still enjoyed every minute of our stay. Looking forward to see you guys soon.
Disliked: The pool was closed. I was looking forward to swimming.

Good hotel. Great value. Wait...
Liked: It was located in a good part of the city. Easy to get to the downtown and to shopping.
Disliked: The pool was closed which was a bummer. There was major construction going on at the property. This made being in the room during the day almost unbearable.
