Good hotel. Great value. Wait...

Liked: It was located in a good part of the city. Easy to get to the downtown and to shopping.
Disliked: The pool was closed which was a bummer. There was major construction going on at the property. This made being in the room during the day almost unbearable.

Once the pool is fixed...

Liked: I enjoyed the yogurt section that came was 6 options for topping your yogurt including the fruit you could add. There was plenty of seating so we could enjoy our meal. Other than that the beds were comfy and the room got the job done! It was clean and the staff were very nice and kind! The elevators were quick as there was only two floors open. Bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water.
Disliked: I was not told that the pool was broken and the hot tub as well so that was very disappointing. It was way too cold to use since the heaters were broke. My daughter demanded to try it anyway and after about 3 minutes even she said heck I. It was the reason I booked by hotel. One of the pictures advertised a waffle maker that was not there so that was also disappointing. The room also only came with decaf coffee and I hadn’t packed any coffee so I was unable to make coffee As I had Ubered there and couldn’t get to a store. All of my Ubers had trouble getting to the location for some reason. The road was confusing I guess.

Liked: How close it was to my job. Right across the street!
Disliked: Pool nor hot tub was available. I had a slip and fall and this company has refused to talk to and ignored me. Raj ththe attendant that night didn't even do a report. cocorporate didn't know until I called they even reached out to them. no answer.

Liked: Clean and comfortable rooms . Close to restaurants and the beach is about a 15 min drive away

Disliked: There was construction going on at the facility. Parking was blocked off. There was roaches in our room. Did not realize that until the middle of the night. Mold in the room room had a smell. Very very satisfied

Will not return.

Liked: Front desk staff were very nice. Very knowledgeable of the area.
Disliked: Bathroom had roaches, pool heater was broken water was freezing, hotel under construction with no warning or notice posted before booking, noisy repairs at 10am, carpet has nails sticking out that were hazardous, bedding needs updated, room reserved for 4 guest only received towels for 3, carpet was damp like it was recently cleaned but not allowed time to dry, windows didn't have screens, rooms were very stuffy kind of humid and had a slight smell.

We had a HORRIBLE stay.

Disliked: Mold, inoperable pool and spa, weight room equipment not working, tub wouldn't drain in 1 room, moved rooms 4 times, found a cockroach crawling while packing to leave, smell of mold was unbearable but we were told no refund so we had to stay uncomfortably at your establishment.

SUCKED! Will not be using...

Liked: We did not stay, the room smelled and was dirty, the area was under construction. The staff was very courteous and tried to give us a refund, however booking.com wouldn’t allow us to get a refund even thought we couldn’t stay there.
Disliked: That booking.com is making us pay for this, even thought we had to pay to stay at another hotel. The hotel understood that the room was in bad shape and apologized, and offered to refund our money, however since we booked through booking.com we are out $150.00 because they are non-refundable. I will not be using them again!
