Superb

Liked: Staff was friendly and rooms were exceptionally clean
Disliked: That it's was extremely more expensive at the front desk then online.. also cleaning the pool more would be a great thing to do. And listening to people when they say do not give room keys to anyone but the 2 people in the room

Disliked: Wifi and TV singal kept dropping.

Liked: NOT A BW PLUS -location was great, nice indoor pool but needs towels replenished and starting to show wear
Disliked: NOT A BW PLUS hotel needs total redo, beds and furniture are old, some towels are ripped, housekeeping is non existent, breakfast is bare and tasteless and that's only if you get there early and there's anything left, pool is nice but no towels ever

Liked: Staff is rude. Poor breakfast. Needs updating.

Liked: very professional attitude to guests. Comfort.
Disliked: everything was OK.

Liked: The modern, beautiful decor of the lobby and dining area. The receptionists were lovely, friendly and very helpful. The free, hot breakfast was great. Also appreciated the pool and jacuzzi.
Disliked: The layout of the the breakfast area is a a bit tight. Would be better if the liquid dispensers, esp the coffee, were in a separate area so that those who are just coming for the coffee are not holding up the rest of the people trying to get to the food.

Disliked: The hotel room was dingy. Dust coated lamps and furniture. No exhaust fan in bathroom so everything is starting to have rust spots. Mildew/mold in shower. Bathroom is very small.

Liked: The lobby and breakfast area was nicely appointed.
Disliked: The bed felt absolutely terrible. It was hard and I did not get good sleep. The bathroom set up was strange; the garden tub was challenging to step in and out of. And the lighting was poor.
