Liked: Everything was average.
Disliked: TV was small and the remote hardly worked but we did not watch much TV. Keycards had to be reprogrammed twice.

Liked: Clean room; courteous staff; easy to get to venue via Uber.

Too expensive for just a room. Ice machines didn't work; the vending machines for beverages were empty and according to staff had been for two weeks. Only had half of the breakfast items available.

Disliked: Vending machines empty; ice machines didn't work; breakfast was only half available. For the price of this hotel I was very disappointed and will not stay again!

Liked: Room was clean. Sean at the front desk was wonderful!
Disliked: Wireless did not work in the room. When we turned on the heat, it smelled like burning hair, and dead things. Maybe the filter needed to be changed. It was early fall.

Disliked: The elevator broke down

I wouldn’t expect much….its lodging

Liked: Seemed relatively new but already rundown somewhat. The location was decent for convenience.
Disliked: Horrible breakfast (a stranger and I bonded how awful and cheap it was). They didn’t even have salt and pepper for pre-packaged hard boiled eggs. They ran out of coffee early on and took way too long to rebrew it. The pool was out of towels at about 6 pm the night before. We informed the staff. We were given one more than we needed. That night my family and I went back to the pool and they had the one extra towel from before. The next morning, they were still out of towels. The elevator was out of order. It wasn’t a big deal for me but I could see it being an inconvenience for older people. I had to get a container for ice for my room.

Disliked: There was no ‘hot breakfast,’ just cereal, yogurt, maybe toast, but not a ‘good’ breakfast.

Liked: Location was good, place was clean.
Disliked: For the price, their continental breakfast was abysmal! If I'm paying $200+ for one night, at least have a waffle maker or sausage patties. That definitely made me not want to come back.
