Disappointing

Liked: the Ac did not work and we had just arrived from an international trip, had our things unloaded, bags unpacked, and then figured out that the AC was not working. When the front desk was notified they said 'ok we'll make a note"

Liked: The room was cozy and comfortable. It was very clean and smelled nice.
Disliked: No toiletries in the bathroom. Had to ask front desk for shower cap and lotion.

Very good

Liked: It's a good place to stay for rest in-between flights. Staff was very co-operative and friendly.
Disliked: At least complimentary water bottles need to be provided.
