I needed somewhere to stay...

Liked: I booked really late after a long day of travel when my other sleeping arrangements fell through. The booking process was seamless and the price was right. The person at the desk who checked us in was incredibly helpful and kind. She offered us water and helped us quickly and efficiently.

Great location!

Liked: The location was perfect as my friend and I were going to a concert in Jacksonville. Winston at the front desk was very helpful and professional! The hotel is located near plenty of restaurants and the outlet mall.
Disliked: Nothing really. Our stay was pleasant and the room was very comfortable.

Liked: Easy location. Staff was very nice and friendly.
Disliked: The hallway carpet was very old. The entire place had a musty smell. Room did not look or feel clean but may have just been because it's old. Shower didn't drain.
