Not a disaster but needs...
Liked: The location was ok but difficult to locate. Close to the highway.
Disliked: Very little parking. The only good spots were saved for diamond members. The general parking made me a bit nervous as by it was coved with “no liability” signs. The check in area no one was ever there unless you rang a bell. The hallways did not seem welcoming it was obvious that the hotel itself was a cheap “do over” of an old hotel. The room a king was spacious and mostly seemed clean other than a few hairs on the tub. Amenities in the room were scant as we had no ice bucket or any type of cups. No coffee machine. Breakfast was sufficient, staff was friendly although I did have to wait about 15 minutes for coffee which was empty when I arrived.

As advertise but a few...
Liked: The room was good and bed was comfy.
Disliked: The breakfast was kind of bare bones. That’s okay for me personally but for my partner not so much.

I would stay again
Liked: The booking was easy, close to food and gas and it was quiet.24hr coffee in the lobbyBreakfast from 6am to 10am. Not a huge breakfast but I liked it.
Disliked: The pool was not clean and the exercise room was under construction.Had to slam the room door when leaving to get it to latch. Was there for 3 nights had to go to front desk for clean towels.these are things that are easily fixed.

Messed up hotel, do not...
Liked: Location near St. Augustine town, small size.
Disliked: Staffing very weak. Checking in at night the front desk staff was not welcoming, cold or something like they did not like the work. Same thing on Sunday morning for breakfast. The front desk staff was not available, there was no coffee at 7:30 am. No spoons. Just like you felt abandoned. Hard to imagine it is a Hilton. St. Augustine lacks hotels so all are overpriced at least 50%.
