Room was clean but public...
Liked: The location was excellent! Room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: The common areas in the hotel were not clean. The public restroom was dirty and the elevator had a spill that was not cleaned up and was drying.

Outstanding location but the facilities...
Liked: The best thing about the property is its location. It does offer parking but it’s not free. You need to amend your website to reflect the current price of $25.00 a night for parking
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible. There were no hot food available.

It was a nightmare!!!! And...
Liked: Nothing-smells like mold, filthy, air in entire hotel is barely cool. We wanted to leave within the hour and they refused a refund until we looked at 2 more rooms which kept getting worse as they opened 2 more rooms. Booking worked with the hotel and they still refused and Booking was unable to come to an agreement with the hotel. After that I called Hilton corporate and they offered us $100 equivalent to 20,000 points and they would offer us no more than that even though we were loyal customers and had stayed in the same area twice that this week. So now we are out $275. The staff was rude and dismissive of the situation the night we wanted to leave. I called back for a receipt of charges because we never got a receipt and they put me on hold for 20 minutes and never returned my call. Absolutely the worse experience gwe have had with Hilton in 20 years.

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: No balcony as booked constant noise all night long from noise in bathroom. Breakfast was a joke I don’t know how they can call it breakfast hardly anything
