If you have a problem...

Liked: Initially the room I was given had a broken AC unit, but I was promptly moved to a different room. The gentleman at the counter even brought me up the new key cards.
Disliked: The bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner, the toilet papers in both rooms were not replaced with new rolls.

Good location for a quick...

Liked: We did not eat the breakfast we enjoyed the comfort of the room during our visit to Savannah. The Hotel was at a good location for our dinner plans and sightseeing
Disliked: The wait for getting back the deposit.

Liked: The location was perfect because it was close to everything and we felt safe during our entire stay. The staff was ok except for Jessica who was amazing. She did everything she could to help our stay be the best possible answering all questions we had and even waking us up at 3 in the morning so we could make our flight and preparing coffee for us before we left. Hoping to see her again when we return.
Disliked: The breakfast was really poor. We'd expected at least a little bit more being a hotel backed by Hilton. There were only cereal, cold hard boiled eggs, 2 kinds of fruit, instant oats and bagels everyday. So we took it on days we wanted to save some money but it's not something we wanted everyday during our 8 nights stay. Housekeeping was ok taking out the trash and replacing our towels everyday but not once changed our bedding or made our beds. The pool didn't look as if it was getting cleaned every day.
