Best tiki bar

Liked: Loved Lisa at the tiki bar , we chose to spend a few evenings right there. At the bar with her... Extremely knowledgeable, she was warm and very friendly! We really enjoyed her company We got to meet lori at the end , she too was amazing

Liked: Well the property picture is made it seem like y'all were right there on the beach but when I got there I noticed there were 9 minutes from the beach I was a little disappointed

Definitely pay more to get...

Liked: -Decent pool size, and the bar by the pool was really the only perk of this hotel-Front desk lady canceled an accidental double booking on my account without any issue, which was a pleasant surprise.
Disliked: -Besides nice check in lady, all other staff seemed clueless when we asked questions, or didn't speak any English. They seemed very confused when we asked to skip our room cleaning the 2nd day because we had to stay inside with our child who had the flu. And then doubly confused when the 3rd day we asked for the room to be cleaned again, and had to ask 3 different times!- Upon check in we were assigned to a room that had wet carpet still from being cleaned. The entire room carpet was wet, not just 1 spot! And the worst part, it smelled very strongly of wet dog!! We do not have dogs or pets for reasons like this, we dislike that smell. It was so potent we asked for our room to be changed which thankfully they did without questions.-In America this is probably a 2 star hotel, oversees maybe a 3? You can tell it was an old Best Western but now refaced for Hilton but still lots of places unfinished (old tile in places, etc), so does not give a new updated feel you find in other hotels. We would definitely not stay there again (the heated pool was decent though) and definitely pay more for better.-the bagel bar is not enough to warrant that name. There are other options like yogurt, packaged muffins, oatmeal packets, fruit, but no nice big bagel bar to tout.

Liked: I wouldve like some hot breakfast items like sausages and scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, potatoes. The breakfast was ok.
