Liked: The promptness of the staff was great. We ended up needing a bed change and toilet seat repair and everything was handled very quickly
Disliked: A variety at breakfast would've been a little nicer and it was unexpected to not have a microwave in the room. A better mattress would've been a little better too.

Liked: Location was fine.
Disliked: Advertised as having “breakfast”. It was just a cold bagel bar. It was noisy. Beds were uncomfortable. The person who checked us in was on the verge of rude. We had never stayed at a Spark property before. We will avoid them in the future.
