Disliked: The rooms were smelly. Damp. Really bad. Looks like no one cleaned it for months.

Great price but not great...

Liked: It was very clean and the front desk staff was very kind
Disliked: The room was made to be much larger than it was. The bed was supposed to be a king but was what appeared to be a queen. Besides the size of the bed the quality of the bed was poor. The mattress was like sleeping on a brick with little padding on top.

Hilton falls short and doesn't...

Disliked: When I called they couldn't find my reservation. They eventually located it under my ex-husband (of 16 years) last name, even though it was made under my (now) husband's last name and with his credit card. They stated that I couldn't check-in without a valid picture ID showing my ex-husband's name. The manager, kindly, had a go-around and had me check-in via the app.Once checked-in to our 2-bedroom King suite, we noticed the door to the bedroom was clear glass. Certainly not the privacy we were looking for as we had my husband, adult daughter and my mother staying together. The room also said it slept 6. Not even close! It had a king bed, a pull out sofa and 1 chair. Only 1 extra pillow and a blanket with dried boogies and blood on it.The "hot breakfast" advertised was a cold continental! All the things I was "shopping" for in a hotel were advertised but came up very short of what was expected. The front desk people were friendly and other than the blanket, everything else seemed clean.I contacted Hilton after our stay and they were rude and wouldn't recognize my complaint since I only had 4 staying in the suite (apparently I didn't need the space for 6 that was advertised). They also said that if I looked at the photos of the king suite, I would have seen that the door was clear glass! I guess that is my fault for not looking carefully at the details in the photo!
