Scam! Fully paid but got...

Liked: Double charged, tried so much but still haven't got a refund.
Disliked: Scam! I fully paid on Booking, and the front desk confirmed it was paid already, and promised they were only charging a security deposit. After a few days when I checked my credit card record, I found I was double charged. I've been contacting Booking, but still haven't solved after a week.

Very poor

Liked: Second time staying there. Staff worried about anything over a couple days. Paid for a week in full on 3rd day manager said they were working on the floor next day only refunded partial money because I chose to leave that day. Never offered another room. Told us at 12:30 pm and doxxed $50 because we left after 11am he didn't tell us until 12:30pm. No breakfast either.
