Decent but disappointed

Liked: Clean. Colors. Comfort.
Disliked: I asked for late check out and the front desk said ok. Then I get hounded at 1130 because they didn’t note the late check out in the computer.

Liked: Clean room, comfortable beds, good coffee
Disliked: At checkin the front desk man intentionally overcharged my card by $20 although the printed reciept I signed was correct. I almost didn't catch it but I get notifications every time my card is charged. Upon check out the girl at front desk was friendly and helpful but had a hard time getting a response from the man that checked me in about the over charge. It took long enough that I told her i needed to go and I didn't want to have to dispute the entire charge but I will and only then did he FINALLY respond and she could adjust my bill to correct it. The $20 has been credited back to my card but if you stay here keep an eye on your transactions. The man offered no reason or apology about the overcharge.
