Liked: The room was clean, location was great. The staff was great. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Zach at the front desk was awesome.

Disliked: The pool was in kind of poor condition. And for some reason, the TV channels were not what they said they were you push something and it was something else. And yes, it was brought to their attention. And the bathrooms are a little small.

Not the experience I expect...

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: This does not come close to being on brand with the Hilton name. Outside hallways, there is a lack of ac in some inside hallways and elevators. Rooms not up to par. Looks old. One of the 3 rooms my group was occupying encountered a leak coming from the sliding door upon returning from dinner. The solution offered was towels. There was a huge leak in the ceiling of the breakfast room. Overall just not the experience I expect from the Hilton brand.

Pleasant

Liked: The property is under construction and new management. They are having growing pains in the form of flooding, or no water for most of the day. The elevator was out and we were on the 6th floor. My hubby is a disabled vet and 6 floors of stairs is out of the question so we stay at my inlaws that night. We really enjoyed our stay and the hotel is clean and the staff is awesome!
