Great hotel for Universal Parks...

Liked: The room we stayed in was quite big and AC can keep it cool enough. Location is great for Universal parks. Even if not using the shuttle, taxis are cheap due to close proximity. Pool is great addition after a long day in the parks. Staff were nice as well. There are a few restaurants close by. Free parking is also always a good addition.
Disliked: Maybe improve on breakfast. It is mentioned everywhere but it’s just a basic bagel bar.

Great if you come only...

Liked: The beds were so comfortable ! Very big room too. The hotel is modern and close to the different parks. You have a shuttle that takes you to Universal Studios but only one in the morning and one in the evening… you could use Uber or a Taxi for a faster drive and more convenient hours
Disliked: The breakfast was not good, only defrosted bagels and some juices… Our bathtub was broken, the water was impossible for close.

Cheap, comfortable, and modern stay...

Liked: Simple breakfast available with a 24 hour coffee stand. Ample Parking (felt safe) and very convenient to where we needed to be. Comfortable and clean rooms with a small sitting area separating the bedroom.
Disliked: Nothing honestly, was a really pleasant stay and very well priced.

Great price, value, location and...

Liked: It was easy to check in. Staff was friendly. Hotel is efficient. Fresh bagels daily. Really good coffee.
Disliked: Carpets need cleaning. Especially at front desk.

Liked: Clean, decent price and very convenient location

Good budget friendly hotel

Liked: This is a very good budget friendly hotel. The room my wife and dog had was a good size with separate sleeping and living quarters. The location is close to many attractions.
Disliked: The only cons I could think of was the breakfast but I was well aware of that when I booked it. Also my wife noticed a smell when you entered but went after you were in there .

1 night and I will...

Liked: Location was good, the room was awful overall. It was NOT CLEANED, someone else food left in refrigerator, thankfully I always travel with disinfectant sprays and wraps. Affordable should NOT EQUAL to an oh well experience.
Disliked: Dirty room, peeling paint, stains on the ceiling, dirty tub, possibly needing resurfacing, mildew smell, dirty carpet. Food in the refrigerator

Excellent value for money, just...

Liked: Breakfast is basic, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins. Not the best, but for the value of money, it's well needed. For me and my party we ate here once as we get up later than the breakfast available. Tea and coffee facilities available for 24hours in the same place, but only used once or twice. Hotel as a whole, staff always incredibly friendly, hotel was spotless, great location, (especially with epic universe just a short drive away) and free parking. Pool is open until 10pm which is great!
Disliked: Had to go downstairs for tea and coffee, would prefer to have this in the room as we were the 5th floor. Roadworks along the road, so have to go a long way to universal, but this cannot be helped by the hotel. The shuttle bus to and from the parks were too early for me and my party, so we can not comment on the use of these.
