Superb

Liked: Staff was so nice, and the facility was clean the bed was comfortable, great location, thank you
Disliked: The Coffee was to watery and there was no Meat for breakfast.

Liked: Ideal to spend one night as emergencyBed was ok
Disliked: - They charge extra 50 dollars deposite in case of any damage but everything inside the room is old! there is nowhere information about this extra charge before you book this place,- Breakfast super poor! Just cold boiled egg, cold beagle bread nothing to put inside! Nothing healthy at all! Few apples in a corner. - No fresh water! No glasses! not even proper cutlery everything plastic -Service super poor!-Terrible poor breakfast! - Not even one bottle of water in the room! - carpet all over the hotel rooms floor with a humidity smell - Bathroom old with stain at the bathtub and toilet - very poor on everything Don’t expect you gonna have at least a minimum of Hilton quality

Nice for the price!

Liked: Nice property close to all the attractions. The staff was really friendly!
Disliked: The pool is right next to the garbage outside and hints of garbage when the wind blew were gross. The breakfast was not good. Kids want meat and eggs not bagels.

Great hotel for Universal Parks...

Liked: The room we stayed in was quite big and AC can keep it cool enough. Location is great for Universal parks. Even if not using the shuttle, taxis are cheap due to close proximity. Pool is great addition after a long day in the parks. Staff were nice as well. There are a few restaurants close by. Free parking is also always a good addition.
Disliked: Maybe improve on breakfast. It is mentioned everywhere but it’s just a basic bagel bar.

Great if you come only...

Liked: The beds were so comfortable ! Very big room too. The hotel is modern and close to the different parks. You have a shuttle that takes you to Universal Studios but only one in the morning and one in the evening… you could use Uber or a Taxi for a faster drive and more convenient hours
Disliked: The breakfast was not good, only defrosted bagels and some juices… Our bathtub was broken, the water was impossible for close.
