It was good except for room situation.

Liked: Location and breakfast.
Disliked: Giving our room AWAY to somebody else - we got it back but unsettling!

Convenient to Fairgrounds, good basic value. Clean and spacious room at a reasonable price. Would use again.

Never had problems checking into a hotel. Rude, inconsiderate and nasty.

Liked: The room was good, needed to provide wash cloths each day. But other than that all was well.

Liked: We never stayed as hotel staff said they can not find the booking and booking.com does make fake booking sometimes so we booked another hotel

Liked: Room was very confortable, breakfast was good and the location was just what we needed.
Disliked: The facility was under renovation, it was a little disturbing when we arrived, but then, all inside was very good.

Liked: Not busy. Able to take the I-Ride trolly to international drive.
Disliked: AC was too loud and no AC on the 4th floor hall way. One elevator and it took long to open.

Disliked: Breakfast: not enough variety. No eggs or sausages.Leaks in the bathroom.

Disliked: I disliked everything they canceled my reservation without even saying anything about, no email, no call, nothing! I payed for one night and when I was 20 minutes away from the hotel I called and they told me that my reservation was canceled by booking.com, even tho on the app was saying “confirmed”. They told me i should call booking.com, and i did, but even on their system it was showing that my reservation was confirmed. I had to look for another hotel because apparently they didn’t any room free for me, even tho I payed for one .
