Disappointing

Liked: No ice buckets, cups, coffee pots or hair conditioner. Had to go to the lobby for anything because they said "text us". I did with no response!I was given a garbage bag to put ice in after going down to the front desk. Not exactly our cup of tea!!!

Overall the room was clean...

Liked: The lady at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and not sure of herself. When we got to the room the ac did not work. I called the front desk and she hurriedly told me she would have to give us another room and hung up. Then I noticed the light on phone in room was blinking which I assumed I had a msg. When I called her she stated “well that is not from here” and hung up! Needs some training on dealing with customers.
Disliked: Interaction w front desk.
