Spark by Hilton Lancaster Dutch Country

My overall experience at Wingate was not satisfactory. I wouldn't recommend staying at this location and I have no plans of returning.

Liked: The room itself was decent.
Disliked: Called 2 days before my scheduled check in requesting an early check in time (2.5 hours early). When I arrived I was told I couldn't check in. I then called an hour later and was told to call back in another hour. I decided to go back to the hotel to ask for a refund and suddenly my room was available. I drove almost 3 hours for an event in Lancaster. I wasn't happy with my experience at Wingate.

Great stay but had malfunction...

Liked: Staff were pleasant, facility was clean, great location next to Dunkin and Wawa.
Disliked: There was an issue with the key card system when I arrived.

We had a wonderful time....

Liked: Clean, close to amenities, helpful staffs
