Worst experience I have ever...

Liked: comfy fluffy bed
Disliked: Front desk workers and manager were rude. The way the worker talked to me and what she did was so disturbing i still cant shake it off I stayed for a week over a month ago.. In the time i was there i found 4 dead rats on the property. When i told front desk they just told me to not touch them and that they were having a problem with them, only for me to walk my dogs the next day and dead rats were STILL THERE, even a few days later when i checked out they STILL hadn't taken care of the problem . dead rats decomposing....Health department needs to be called , people can get very sick

Not a great stay.

Liked: Convenient, booked at last minute.
Disliked: Noisy in the hallway, and a lot of odd building noises. Tub drain functioned in a bizarre way and tub filled when showering. WiFi was annoying to log on. Overall not a great night of sleep.

Liked: There was nothing after my four-day experience noted below.
Disliked: I made the reservation for Quality Inn and NOT SPARK by Hilton! Quality Inn should have sent me a notification of their sale and renovation, and I did not have sufficient time to book another hotel (all were booked within the area) on my first day of my four-day reservation. This location was in the middle of renovation, it smelled of fresh paint that gave me headaches, and the crane that was used to remove the Quality Inn sign was working till 9:22 PM (I have pictures and a video w/date and time stamp) and I could not sleep, and the overall noise was terrible, which decreased the comfort of my stay. A definite refund for the four-day stay should be given back to me. The room did not have a working bathroom door (it would get stuck and make noise every time it was closed/opened), and no ice buckets were provided. Upon check out, there were no luggage carriers available, and I was told by the front desk, "they may still be in the rooms."

Disliked: I had a terrible experience due to noise from construction. I had to go to another hotel due to the inconvenience.
