Adequate hotel for simple business...
Liked: Hotel is a nice size and was new/clean. Created good value.
Disliked: There were multiple issues with my booking/ reservation and with my check out. Upon arrival, your night desk staff (young lady) was very weird. Non-verbal at first, not really helpful with my reservation. She got talkative later when I returned to the lobby; but was simply not hospitable when I arrived. Very weird vibe. I made a three-day reservation and pre-paid thru Booking.com. Your staff called me on second day (afternoon) to ask if I had "left my clothes in my room". Yes, I am staying with you. No sir, we show you checked out yesterday. How can that be? I stayed with you last night. Well, we show you had a one day stay and requested to check out. We issued a refund to eliminate your second and third night. I returned to the hotel. Had to assure the manager that I had indeed stayed the second night and planned to stay the third night (as per my original reservation). I ended up leaving and checking into another hotel for the third night. This was super strange. Are your employees working to sabotage your operation??? Pretty sure you have an issue at your front desk. the rest of the staff was terrific. Cleaning ladies were all smiles.

Liked: The employees were very nice .
Disliked: Massive crack under the main door . Sounded like someone was trying to get into the room while I was sleeping . Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Sparse accommodation with lackluster service.
Liked: New and clean.
Disliked: Simple decor was sparse. Front desk staff was poorly trained, poorly screened for attitude. Not good hospitality nor helpful per se.

Not what I would expect...
Disliked: Water faucets labeled backwards, red for cold and blue for hot. No cups in the room. Very small room but that was OK.

Not what I expected

Disliked: Coming up to the Door it didn't open for like two minutes when I get in there the front desk clerk was not at the desk had to ring the bell,and then the money we paid should of had a microwave in the room sorry Hilton I've would of never put my name on this one. Starr Ent. Ratings
