Liked: The Front Desk staff were the most personable and helpful folks we've encountered in all of our travels. They deserve a raise! The room mattress was amazing, and the linens and bed comforter were soft and provided an even temperature sleep.
Disliked: The room was a bit sparse, but clean. Due to an airline cancellation, we were without our luggage. A shower cap for the ladies would be helpful.

Liked: The cleanliness and representation is wonderful. The staff is amazing.
Disliked: There was no microwave in the room and we were on the 3rd floor at the far end of the hall. So it was a huge inconvenience going up and down to the lobby. And our tv wasn’t the best. Remote only worked when it wanted to. And if we hit the mute button, we couldn’t unmute it. We had to turn the tv off and back on just to get the sound back on.

Liked: I arrived at the airport and did not make my connecting flight, I was by myself and outside my comfort zone. Luis did a great job of making me feel very comfortable in sending the van to pick me up at the airport and making arrangements to get me back to the airport at 5:00 am to catch my flight. The lobby coffee was a big help also.
