Close to the hospital.

Liked: The people working there were nice and helpful.
Disliked: First I made a reservation not knowing someone else made one for us also. I called back immediately to cancel the ones I made and still was changed 99 cancelation fee. Then got there one the 7th to a room that had cold water, toilets did not flush, ants in the room and the a/c leaks. No where did it say the pool was not working as well. The morning of the 8th the lady working changed our room and it was much better than the first night. Our rooms were under Mike Pike. On the 9th we needed to stay another night and went to the front to changed our room into our name and gave the information to the girl along with my credit card and everything was done until we checked out and the room had never been changed and it was charged to Mike Pike's credit card again. Not a problem to pay him for the room but not sure why it was done wrong. When checking out the girl looked at me like I was crazy and acted like it was a problem to change it to my name so I just said never mind.

It was ok.

Disliked: Room was too warm and AC was just circulating air. Woke up sweating a couple of times.

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact it had no shade covers by the pool area and didn’t have washer/dryer

Fix it right the 1st...

Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: AC was out in the 1st room I had once I moved to a new room it had a humming noise right under the bed from the floor which was irritating when you're trying to sleep then the AC in the new room was great EXCEPT it leaked on the floor smh they really need to fix these things not a good look at all

Cheap but ok.

Liked: Inexpensive, close and bed ok.
Disliked: Entrance driveway bumpy, not clean (pee on our toilet), washer and dryer were unavailable, elevator broken, no hot water, items missing from limited breakfast, pool had a possum visit, limited to two card entry room key cards, no cleaning staff available to clean Friday night, no elevator mechanical staff available Friday, Saturday and Sunday,

This property met our needs...

Liked: We didn't eat there.
Disliked: There was moisture on the floor in front of the A/C. The mechanical equipment was quite loud. There were people either above or next to is that played music very loudly until late. This isn't the staff's issue, but it seemed like there wasn't enough soundproofing between rooms.
