I had a night flight...

Liked: Friendly staff named Rita greeted me at front desk. Sweet, kind, sent me a follow up text to ask if there was anything else I needed. Wonderful wonderful customer service.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Liked: Very clean and near a host of great restaurants
Disliked: The pool was very basic, no jacuzzi

Was fine for conference but...

Liked: Was walking distance to Grapevine main street and restaurants. Near airport and conference centre. Room was clean, bed was clean and comfortable, mattress new. Plain oatmeal and bagels and coffee included was fine for breakfast.
Disliked: Very bad smell on 3rd floor corridor, smelt like puke. I told reception but smell was there through out my stay. Had room above stomping around every morning at 5am waking me up. Hotel was full so could not move room. Reviews gave me a higher expectation of the hotel, but it was below my expectation. pictures look better than reality. Shower floor had some brown stains. airconditioner in wall very noisy turning on and off through the night. Had to keep informing reception coffee had run out at breakfast time or no cutlery. Run on limited staff.
