Liked: The proximity to the airport and the airport shuttle were great! Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and AC was on, which was much appreciated. I just needed a clean and comfortable place to stay as close to the airport as possible, with a hot shower and good air conditioning…and this hit all those marks.
Disliked: There is no coffee maker in the room and as a coffee addict, this presented a little bit of a challenge, but there is free coffee available 24 hours in the lobby. My only other issue was I arrived without my luggage for the night and there were no toiletries for sale in the lobby that I needed, but I was able to DoorDash the basics.

Liked: It was convenient located near the Convention Center at the Gaylord. It was very clean and had a great vibe. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, accommodating and caring.
Disliked: The mechanical smell in the elevator.
