Bad breakfast and dirty room

Liked: It is conveniently located off I-95 N and had a pool for the kids and several restaurants nearby the pool was okay.
Disliked: The floor was dirty and the staff were inexperienced. The property has only been a Hilton for a week so there are still updates in system for third party booking that caused issues with checking in. It took over an hour to check in. Also there were no “do not disturb” signs available when we asked the front desk they said they didn’t have any. Wear shoes when walking in the room bc our feet were black after walking on the floor. Also the breakfast is not continental. There were only plain bagels, one type of cereal, one yogurt, boiled eggs, and cream cheese that clearly says to keep refrigerated that is sitting out all day and night.
