Poor facilities but nice staff

Liked: Friendly staff. Clean environment. Large parking space. Good location.
Disliked: In the room, there is no hair dryer and no coffee maker. Very inconvenient.There is only 1 elevator in this big hotel. It's running very slow. Took a long time of waiting and taking the elevator.There is no hot food in breakfast. Very simple food, compared to other hotels in Hilton chain. The breakfast area is very small. Always crowded. Need to carry the food to eat in the lobby.There is no water fountain inside the fitness room, only 1 installed near the lobby area.There is no ice machine in each floor, only 1 installed near the lobby area for the whole hotel.No swimming pool in this hotel. I forgot to check it before making the reservation. I thought there would be a pool.

Nice Stay

Liked: Love the shampoo/conditioner brands!!
Disliked: All was good. No microwave in Room 220. Electric outlet did not work in bathroom.

Wonderful experience.

Liked: Upon arriving the hotel staff was amazing. The front desk clerk greeted us with a pleasant spirit and was able to accomodate us when when we did not like the presentation of our first room. He immediately came to our room with a new key to our new room. The location was perfect to everything.
Disliked: The walls are very thin and you will be able to hear "everything" that happens in the middle of the night. I will not go into details but I am sure you can use your imagination.

excellent place to stay for...

Liked: clean wonderful room. bathroom and bedroom were nice to be in.
Disliked: cold and hard to control temperature and no microwave.
